WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from our array of suppliers who are all located in China. Therefore, please note that when ordering more than one item, they may not necessarily arrive together.

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT IN?

All our products are sold in GBP as per our online store. However we accept PayPal & Card payments and therefore automatic currency conversions are thus applied at checkout.

 

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?                                              

Our aim is to offer as many sizes as possible for all our products. Each item has its own size guide chart in order to assist you in selecting the correct size. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please email us at contact@missmuck.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All returned items will be provided with store credit only

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, we suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Miss-Muck will not be held responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Our primary aim is to offer an enjoyable shopping online experience, whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. We will refund or exchange any products that arrive damaged and/or with any defects, as long as you contact us within 1 week of receiving your item so as to allow us to process it effectively.

 

STORE CREDIT 

Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.missmuck.com

Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. 

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Store credit has no expiration date.

Store credit is provided in Great British Pounds (GBP)

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?                                        

Delivery time is variable depending on order processing time and shipment. We aim to have your order delivered within 5-12 working days. You can send us a message via our 'CONTACT US' section if you require specific delivery details regarding any items. Tracking Information can be sent to you if your order has not been delivered after the 12 working days. This will enable you to track and investigate your order in the unlikely event of a shipping delay.

! Delivery to the UK takes approx 5 - 12 working days !

DUBAI ORDERS: All orders are shipped through the standard Dubai postage service and a courier service is not used. Therefore, some orders may need to be picked up from the local post office.

 

WHAT ABOUT EXPRESS SHIPPING?                                        

All orders are shipped using standard free shipping. Due to the location of some of our suppliers, orders can sometimes take longer than anticipated. 

If you wish to enquire about express shipping via courier, please contact us and we can provide you with estimated costs.

 

I HAVE  NOT RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

As we ship from different suppliers who are located in throughout many regions in China, all items may not arrive at the same time. If you would like to know the status of other items that have not arrived, please "CONTACT US" with your name and order number.

 

ARE ANY CUSTOM FEES APPLICABLE?

We cannot be held responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to understanding that custom fees may be charged when items arrive at your country, which you will be responsible for paying.

 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
